Verification Analyst

We are hiring Verification Analysts to join our Background Verification (BGV) team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling an assigned verification process such as Employment Verification, IDC, ICR, or PCC. Your day-to-day work will involve making professional calls, sending emails, verifying candidate information, updating case details in the system, and ensuring cases are completed accurately within the given timelines.

If you have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and are eager to start your career in a corporate environment, this is a great opportunity. Freshers are welcome, and complete training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle the assigned Background Verification (BGV) process.
• Verify candidate information through calls, emails, and internal systems.
• Update case details and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and quality in all verification activities.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
