Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Vice President – Real Estate to lead and drive the overall business operations, sales strategy, revenue growth, channel management, and team performance at Neocasa Infratech Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to the real estate industry, excellent leadership capabilities, and proven experience in handling large sales teams, business expansion, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead and manage sales, business development, channel sales, and operational teams.
- Drive end-to-end real estate sales performance and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with investors, channel partners, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Manage team productivity, KPIs, performance reviews, and growth planning.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth client relationship management.
- Take ownership of business expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare MIS reports, revenue forecasts, and business performance analysis for management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and real estate industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Proven leadership experience in handling large sales and operations teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive high-performance sales culture.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience in channel partner management and business expansion.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and sales analytics.
