Key Responsibilities

Performance Ad Creatives

• Research competitors and identify winning ad angles.

• Develop new ad concepts, hooks, and scripts for Meta ads.

• Create and edit short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and Stories.

• Repurpose existing content into multiple ad variations.

• Work with UGC creators and provide creative briefs.

• Generate fresh creative ideas based on customer pain points and product benefits.

Video Editing

• Edit high-converting direct-response video ads.

• Add captions, motion graphics, product highlights, and sound effects.

• Create multiple versions of winning creatives for testing.

• Ensure videos are optimized for mobile-first viewing.

Instagram Management

• Plan and schedule Instagram content.

• Publish reels, stories, and feed posts.

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.

• Build a consistent brand presence across social channels.

Creative Performance Analysis

• Review ad performance metrics and identify winning creatives.

• Suggest new concepts based on CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, and ROAS.

• Continuously test new messaging, offers, and creative formats.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in video editing and social media content creation.

• Strong proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.

• Understanding of Meta Ads and direct-response marketing.

• Experience creating Reels, UGC ads, and short-form video content.

• Ability to write compelling hooks and ad copy.

• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and social media trends
