Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet guests, present menus, answer questions about food/drink items and specials

Take accurate orders and relay them to kitchen/bar

Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly

Check in with tables, refill drinks, and address requests during the meal

Process payments and handle bills accurately

Set up and clear tables; maintain cleanliness of dining area

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Upsell specials, appetizers, or desserts when appropriate

Handle guest complaints calmly and escalate when needed
