Experience Required:2+ Years in Warehouse / Store Management

• Job Responsibilities:Manage daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock registers.
• Track inward and outward material movement.
• Monitor all consignments and shipment status.
• Update customers and sales team regarding dispatch and delivery status.
• Maintain GRN, invoices, challans, and dispatch documents.
• Ensure accurate stock counting and physical verification.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and service departments.
• Handle packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper material arrangement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure minimum stock availability and avoid shortages.
• Manage courier and transporter communications.
• Follow company SOPs for inventory and warehouse management.
• Skills Required:Good knowledge of inventory management.
• Experience in logistics coordination.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP, inventory software).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle dispatch and warehouse documentation.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate preferred
