Job Description
- Overseeing Inventory Control for Dry Store, Chiller Section and Packaging Area.
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials as per company guidelines.
- Maintain proper temperature logs for the chiller and cold store.
- Oversee processes while ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper FIFO and LIFO practices across all storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage zones.
- Verify and update inventory records in the system on a timely basis.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and safe handling of goods.
- Identify and report any damages, spoilage, or deviations in storage conditions.
- Train and guide store helpers/assistants for smooth operational workflow.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance across all store operations.
- Prepare required reports for inventory, stock movement, and daily operations.
