Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock to maintain accurate levels.

  • Supervise sales floor activities, promoting a positive shopping environment and addressing any issues that may arise.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail operations, and store keeping.
