ROLE – Finance Head – E-commerce & Online Business

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Head to manage the financial operations of our E-commerce & Online Business division. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance across online platforms, managing budgets, analyzing profitability, controlling advertising costs, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and reconcile daily sales, returns, refunds, and settlements from all online marketplaces and D2C channels.
• Track platform-wise revenue, margins, commissions, and operational costs.
• Prepare and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
• Analyze and control advertising and promotional spend across marketplaces and digital marketing channels.
• Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate campaign ROI and optimize customer acquisition costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Develop product costing models and monitor profitability by SKU, category, and platform.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve margins.
• Generate MIS reports, financial dashboards, and business performance insights for management.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and business expansion initiatives.

Requirements :

• CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Online Business Finance.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting Software.
• Understanding of marketplace operations, digital marketing metrics, and online business economics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide actionable business insights.

Salary Range : ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

(Candidate will be compensated based on experience and expertise.)

Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Working Days : Monday – Saturday
