Relationship Manager - Retail
- Meet monthly volume and value targets for home loan disbursements.
- Drive daily lead generation through field visits and open markets.
- Build and maintain ties with real estate builders, agents, and brokers.
- Source repeat business and client referrals.
- Collect and verify initial customer KYC and income documents.
- Coordinate smoothly with credit and operations teams for fast sanction and disbursement.
- Assist clients through the entire home loan journey.
- Resolve customer or product queries efficiently.
- Submit regular daily and weekly sales performance reports.
