Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from prospective customers.

• Qualify leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other marketing channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversions.

• Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM on a daily basis.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up.

• Achieve assigned targets for lead qualification, site visits, and conversions.

• Provide accurate information regarding project specifications, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

• Address customer queries promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships.

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in handling residential real estate projects.

• Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.

• Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
