Job Description
We are looking for a Service Executive to join our team at Croma. This role involves
handling customers, and building relationships with
customers, along with strong communication
skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close grievances are important
for this profile.
Key Responsibilities: Identifying issues, tele calling, attending to mails, customer service and ensuring customer
satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth service for customers as per process. Maintain record & ensure timely follow ups & deliveries of products.
