Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations during shifts

• Handle customer queries & ensure excellent service

• Monitor billing counters and reduce waiting time

• Ensure stock availability & expiry management

• Maintain store hygiene, safety & visual merchandising

• Conduct team briefings and supervise staff

• Minimize stock loss, damages & shrinkage

• Support loyalty program and promotional activities


Skills Required:

• Good communication & leadership skills

• Knowledge of POS & inventory systems

• Quick decision-making & problem-solving ability

• Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
