Job Description

* Dispatch Planning: Plan, schedule, and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency.

* Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with drivers, loaders, and logistics teams to ensure seamless dispatch operations.

* Punctuality & Tracking: Track real-time delivery statuses and proactively resolve any on-road delays or issues to guarantee timely delivery.

* Fleet Management: Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance needs to keep operations cost-effective.

* Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate delivery records, trip sheets, and daily performance reports.

* Customer Satisfaction: Ensure products are delivered in perfect condition, addressing any customer delivery grievances promptly.
