Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive 


Job Description:


We are hiring a motivated Field Sales Executive for ground-level sales and retailer onboarding. The role involves daily field visits and interaction with retailers to promote services.


Key Responsibilities:


Travel daily in the field 

Meet 8–10 retailers every day.

Explain services and assist retailers in downloading the mobile application.

Complete KYC process for retailer onboarding.

Ensure the retailer places the first order to complete onboarding.

Maintain good relationships with retailers.


Requirements:


Willing to travel extensively.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic smartphone knowledge.

Self-driven and hardworking.


Petrol Allowance: ₹2.50 per km.


Incentives (Daily Performance-Based):


1 onboarding: ₹200

2 onboardings: ₹1500

3 onboardings: ₹3000

4 onboardings: ₹5000

5 onboardings: ₹7500
