Job Description

Record and maintain inward and outward invoices accurately.

Document daily activities and records of production units.

Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.

Update data in ERP/software systems and Excel sheets.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of operational records.

Coordinate with purchase, production, and warehouse teams for data accuracy.

Generate basic reports related to stock and inventory movement.

Verify data entries and correct discrepancies when required.
