Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), ensuring efficient performance, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted service. Manages plumbing systems, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth water supply and drainage operations. Supervises electrical and lighting maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades to maintain safe and reliable building operations. Monitors and coordinates transformer maintenance to ensure optimal electrical distribution, equipment safety, and operational efficiency. Oversees overall building management functions, ensuring that all facility systems are properly maintained, operational standards are met, and a safe, functional environment is provided for occupants and stakeholders.
