JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE	Relationship Manager
Reports to	Channel Head/ Branch Manager
No of Direct reportees	Nil
Department	Sales - Retail Sales
Position Grade Range	Executive/ Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (May vary based on experience)

JOB PURPOSE:

The incumbent will be responsible for mobilizing the funds through the channel assigned.

JOB ROLE :

As a Relationship manager the incumbent will be responsible to drive the initiatives and generate revenue for the channel assigned by ensuring maximum market share for Axis Mutual Fund schemes.

Timely communication and updates to the channel partner to maximize the revenue.

Ensure timely coverage for all existing relationships assigned which should result into effective communication about Axis Mutual Fund, its schemes and all other aspects.

Training channel partners on different MF products.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Post graduate /Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience
NISM certification mandatory.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Understanding of debt/equity and mutual funds
Good Knowledge of mutual fund regulatory environment
Good communication and presentation skills
Good business acumen and should be focus on achieving results and the targets assigned.
The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute & outstation travel if required.
Should have good understanding of the products and key business parameters.

OTHER REQUIREMENT

The incumbent should have a good understanding and interpretation of financial market data
Should have good understanding of changing dynamics of mutual fund industry
Aware and understands the organizations vision & strategic goals. Continuously evaluates personal progress in line with organization’s goal
