• Achieving the Business Development Goal for the branch – ATR, Chit Group & No of Subscribers

• Achieving the P & L goal for the branch

• Responsible Maintaining and increasing the standard of customers Service

• Responsible for process & compliance to ensure 100% compliance of internal & statutory norms 

• Controller of Receivables- Stock Taking of receivables & Payment track for the debt outstanding
