Job Title: Energy Solutions Field Sales Executive

Job Description. 

PowerMitra is hiring Energy Solutions Field Sales Executive for solar energy solutions. 

We are looking for energetic, honest, and driven people who are comfortable meeting customers in the field and explaining the benefits of solar. 

This is not a normal 9-to-5 job. PowerMitra is a startup working on a larger mission: helping homes, businesses, societies, and industries reduce electricity bills and shift to clean energy. 

The right candidate should be hungry to grow, willing to learn, have high rejection tolerance and motivated by performance, incentives, and long-term career growth. 

Responsibilities 

• Visit customers, societies, commercial buildings, and small businesses.  
• Generate solar leads through field visits, references, and local networking.  
• Explain solar savings and PowerMitra’s services to customers.  
• Collect electricity bills and basic customer details.  
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotation and site survey.  
• Follow up with customers until closure.  
• Maintain daily visit and lead reports.  
• Build trust with customers as a local solar advisor.  

Candidate Requirement 

• Comfortable with field sales.  
• Good communication and convincing skills.  
• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.  
• Able to handle rejection and keep following up.  
• Interested in solar, renewable energy, or startup growth.  
• Freshers can apply if they are confident and eager to learn.  
• Prior experience in sales, insurance, telecom, real estate, banking, solar, or loan sales is preferred.  
• Two-wheeler preferred.
