Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells, are clean and presentable.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
