Branch Manager - MLAP
- Responsible for managing branch operations under Micro Lending and Affordable Products (MLAP) segment. - Oversee inclusive banking activities focused on financial inclusion in South Tamil Nadu regions including Erode, Coimbatore, Pollachi, and Palladam. - Lead branch teams to achieve business targets and ensure compliance with banking policies. - Coordinate with regional management to implement strategies for growth in microfinance and affordable banking products. - Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong community relationships to promote banking services. - Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for senior management. - Drive financial inclusion initiatives tailored to underserved populations in the assigned locations.Job role
