Relationship Manager - Retail
- Sales Targets & Achievement
- Loan Disbursal Value: Total sanctioned and disbursed home loan volume (measured in lakhs/crores monthly/yearly).
- File Logging Target: Number of completed loan application files submitted to the underwriting/credit team.
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- New Client Acquisition: Sourcing new-to-bank (NTB) customers through open markets, builder tie-ups, and developer sites.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of generated leads successfully converted into disbursed loans.
- Channel Partner Management
- DSA/Connector Sourcing: Generating and managing business through Direct Sales Associates, Chartered Accountants, and real estate brokers.
- Builder Alliances: Creating partnerships with local developers (e.g., in the Chennai real estate market) for project approvals and pre-approved home loan camps.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) & Efficiency
- Login to Sanction TAT: Average time taken from application submission to formal loan approval.
- Sanction to Disbursement TAT: Time taken from sanctioning to the actual release of funds.
- File Quality & Compliance
- First Time Right (FTR): Submitting completely accurate documentation (KYC, income proof, property papers) to reduce rework.
- Delinquency Rate: Ensuring loans sourced do not turn into Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) by conducting rigorous initial background checks.
- Customer Service & Cross-Selling
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Delivering a seamless, transparent, and advisory borrowing experience.
- Cross-Selling: Pitching ancillary financial products like home insurance, life insurance, credit cards, or Loan Against Property (LAP) to existing borrowers
