Job Description
- Greet and escort guests to the table.
- Present the menu with water service and provide detailed information about the menu and café timings when asked. ( e.g- Portion size, Ingredients, Tastes)
- Prepare Table setup in the café according to the standards.
- Setting up the side stations according to the time and type of service.
- Setting up the breakfast buffet and handling breakfast service.
- Ensuring that the crockery, cutlery and glassware is cleaned and wiped before service.
- Report any damages or maintainance in the café immediately to the reporting manager.
- Report any breakages on daily basis in the checklist.
- Participate in weekly deep cleaning of café.
- Ensuring weekly cleaning of ice machine.
-Additional duties if required.
