Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic female Accountant to oversee client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple accounts, delivering exceptional service, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic advice.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer objectives.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.

Monitor key account metrics and report updates to both clients and internal teams.

Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Skills:

MS-Word, Excel,Tally ERP

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or a similar role.

Experience delivering client-centric solutions and building long-term relationships.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
