Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Faculty Management
- Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty and academic staff.
- Facilitate professional development programs and workshops.
- Academic Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and examination schedules.
- Monitor class delivery, student progress, and faculty performance.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement quality control processes to ensure high academic standards.
- Performance & Support
- Monitor academic performance and suggest intervention strategies for underperforming training centres.
- Address academic grievances and mentor training centres when required.
- Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with administration, departments, and training centres for academic initiatives.
- Represent the academic department in meetings.
