👨💼 Designation: Agency Manager / Unit Manager
💼 Industry: Life Insurance
💰 CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives
📌 Job Role:
🔹 Recruit & manage insurance advisors
🔹 Train advisors for sales & business generation
🔹 Generate life insurance business through agency channel
🔹 Achieve monthly sales targets
🔹 Build strong advisor relationships
🔹 Support team in customer meetings & closures
🔹 Conduct field activities and team meetings
✅ Eligibility:
✔️ Graduate Mandatory
✔️ Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Sales preferred
✔️ Good communication & team handling skills
✔️ Target-oriented candidate required
✔️ Field sales comfortable candidate preferred
