Job Description
Job Title: BAMS Ayurvedic Doctor
Location: Morni Hills, Haryana
We are hiring a BAMS Ayurvedic Doctor for an Ayurvedic wellness resort in Morni Hills. The doctor should be able to handle guest consultations, basic Ayurvedic diagnosis, wellness plans, diet guidance and coordination with therapy staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consult guests and understand their health concerns
2. Recommend suitable Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, diet and lifestyle plans
3. Guide Panchakarma, massage and therapy staff as per guest requirement
4. Supervise treatment quality and guest experience
5. Maintain basic guest health records and treatment notes
6. Coordinate with resort staff for guest wellness packages
7. Help create simple wellness programs for stress, digestion, weight management, sleep, pain relief and rejuvenation
8. Ensure treatments are safe, clean and professionally delivered
9. Speak politely with guests and explain treatments clearly
Requirements
1. BAMS degree required
2. Prior experience in Ayurvedic clinic, Panchakarma centre, wellness resort or hospital preferred
3. Good communication skills
4. Knowledge of Panchakarma and wellness therapies preferred
5. Honest, responsible and guest friendly
Salary
₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
Accommodation and food can be discussed.
