Job Description
- Generate new business leads through calls, online portals, and other sales channels.
- Promote the company's PCD Pharma Franchise, Third-Party Manufacturing, and Export services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product and business solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, product availability, order processing, and dispatch.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
