Job Description

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (Science/Pharmacy preferred but not mandatory).
  2. Experience in Pharma Business Development / PCD Franchise, but motivated freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively.
  5. Ability to maintain smooth coordination with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) and build strong relationships with distributors/clients to ensure seamless business operations.
  6. Self-driven, positive attitude, and eager to learn and grow in the pharma industry.
