Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior designing, architect and construction sectors.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, designers, contractors, and clients.
Ø Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified architects, interior designers, contractors, and other service providers with complete documentation.
Ø Execute and manage B2B partnership agreements with service providers.
Ø Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant service providers to ensure seamless project execution.
Ø Match clients with the most suitable service providers and oversee project coordination from lead generation to successful handover.
Ø Generate qualified leads through networking, meetings, and market research.
Ø Present company portfolios and proposals to clients effectively.
Ø Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
Ø Ensure timely payments as per agreed terms between clients and service providers.
Ø Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business avenues.
Ø Ensure smooth and satisfactory client handover experience.
Ø Undertake extensive travel across major cities of Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh for B2B meetings, client acquisition, partner onboarding, site visits, and business development activities.
Ø Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare business reports.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Ø Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
Ø A strong network in real estate, corporate, or design ecosystems (bonus points if you already know the industry players).
Ø Excellent Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ø Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ø Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
