Job Description
Crossford Healthcare is a growing pharmaceutical company. We are looking for smart, confident Business Development Executives (BDE) to pitch our PCD Pharma Franchise models and third-party manufacturing services to potential clients across India.
Client Calling & Pitching: Call leads, chemists, medical representatives, and distributors to pitch our pharma franchise packages.
Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries coming from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and social media into active franchise partners.
Deal Closing: Regular follow-ups with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to close orders and secure advance payments.
Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with existing franchise partners to get repeat monthly orders.
Target Achievement: Meet easy, realistic monthly sales targets to earn heavy extra incentives.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and polite speaking skills in Hindi and basic English. You must know how to talk professionally over the phone.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, B2B sales, or pharmaceutical sales.
Persuasion Skills: Ability to handle client objections, negotiate prices, and close deals quickly.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, MS Excel (for lead tracking), and calling apps.
