Job Description
Reporting To-Operations Manager
Job Summary-The Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience for all guests visiting the centre. The role includes handling guest interactions, managing queries, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and ensuring smooth operational coordination at the centre.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Ensure smooth check-in and ticketing processes.
- Coordinate with operations and floor staff for seamless guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the front desk/reception area.
- Guide guests regarding activities, offers, packages, and safety instructions.
- Manage customer records, bookings, and daily reports.
- Promote memberships, birthday packages, and promotional offers.
- Maintain proper communication with all departments for operational support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
