Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Chat Executives to manage patient and customer interactions through chat platforms. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good typing speed, and the ability to handle queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Inbound Calls: Receive and manage high volumes of incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Resolve Inbound Queries: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding products or services.

Maintain Quality Standards: Adhere to defined scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines on every call.

Update CRM: Accurately log call details, customer information, and resolutions into the company database.

Upsell/Cross-sell: Identify customer needs and pitch relevant product upgrades or service plans when applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Good typing speed.
• Strong objection handling skills.
• Good knowledge of social media handling.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat or Blended Process.
• Qualification:Graduates preferred.
• Salary:As per industry standards
• Working Days:6 Days a Week
