Customer Relationship Manager

Job PurposeThe CRM Executive in the apparel industry is responsible for managing and maintaining healthy relationships with customers, buyers, and internal teams. The role focuses on ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle—from inquiry to final delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact between customers, sales team, merchandising, and production
• Handle customer inquiries, order updates, confirmations, and follow‑ups
• Maintain accurate customer records, order details, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and executed
• Share regular updates with customers regarding order status, delays (if any), and dispatch details
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely closure
• Support repeat business by maintaining long‑term customer relationships
• Ensure proper documentation of orders, communications, and feedback
