Performance Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing) – Real Estate
📍 Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years
About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in real estate lead generation. The candidate must be skilled in running paid campaigns, optimizing ROI, and generating high-quality leads across multiple digital platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Generate high-quality real estate leads (residential & commercial projects)
- Manage lead funnels, CPL, CPA, and ROI optimization
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
- Collaborate with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Handle retargeting campaigns, pixel tracking, and audience segmentation
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithms
- Required Skills:Strong experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads / Lead Generation
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads
- Knowledge of Real Estate Marketing preferred
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and landing page optimization
- Experience with CRM tools & lead management systems
- Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision making
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in Real Estate Industry / Property Marketing
- Proven track record of generating leads at optimized CPL
- Strong communication and campaign management skills
