E-commerce Operations Intern

Company Overview:

Bubble Me is a growing e-commerce brand committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support our logistics and supply chain department. This role offers a significant opportunity to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading ERP and logistics tools.

Key Responsibility:

• Order Fulfillment: Execute end-to-end order processing using the Unicommerce platform to ensure timely dispatches.
• Logistics Coordination: Generate and manage domestic shipments via Shiprocket, ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate.
• Shipment Tracking: Proactively monitor transit status and resolve delivery exceptions by coordinating with courier partners.
• RTO Management: Systematically handle Return to Origin (RTO) cases, including inventory reconciliation and initiating re-dispatches.
• Inventory & Warehouse Liaison: Coordinate daily with the warehouse team to streamline dispatch schedules and return processing.
• Reporting: Maintain rigorous data logs in Google Sheets/Excel to track operational KPIs and delivery performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Graduates or Final Year students in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (vLookup, basic formulas, and data filtering).
• Operational Awareness: A basic understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and logistics workflow.
• Soft Skills: Strong professional communication skills and a high level of organizational discipline.
• Attention to Detail: A proven ability to manage high-volume data without errors—this is a critical requirement for the role.
• Preferred: Prior exposure to Unicommerce or Shiprocket will be considered a distinct advantage.
