Field Recruiter

Attract candidates through field visits, local networking, job fairs, and social events.

Conduct on-site, in-person screenings and evaluations to assess qualifications.

Manage the end-to-end process, including background checks, documentation (e.g., Aadhaar, PF), and joining formalities.

Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide regular updates

Maintain accurate candidate databases and provide daily recruitment analysis
