Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities·     

.  Generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar projects through field visits, references, channel partners, and company-generated enquiries.

·      Meet prospective customers and understand their electricity consumption and energy requirements.

·      Educate customers on rooftop solar solutions, savings, government schemes, and return on investment (ROI).

·      Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.

·      Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and savings calculations.

·      Follow up regularly with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

·      Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.

·      Collect customer documents required for project processing, approvals, and financing.

·      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to installation.

·      Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.

·      Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.

·      Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and share insights with management.

·      Ensure timely collection of advance payments and support payment follow-ups until project completion.

·      Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales pipeline updates to management.

·      Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion goals, and customer satisfaction objectives.
