Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within an organization. This includes overseeing recruitment and selection processes, employee training and development, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Willingness to learn the operations of the Company to have a better understanding about performance of each associate in the Company, including the Office employees as well field employees and also being able to give inputs for improvement in the operations processes.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process
4. Conduct orientation programs for new hires
5. Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
6. Handling queries of all the employess
7. Maintaining TA DA details and approvals
8. Handling record of Leaves
9. Visits for Campus Placements
10. Payroll and Attendence

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
4. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
5. Having knowledge of MS Office
