• Key ResponsibilitiesMeet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
• Develop creative space plans, layouts, and interior design concepts.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualisations using design software.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor.
• Create detailed working drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed as planned.
• Manage project timelines and maintain design quality standards.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in residential interior design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion/Enscape, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of materials, modular furniture, and interior detailing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
