Job Description
- दैनिक साइट गतिविधियों की देखरेख करना।
- बढ़ई (Carpenter), पेंटर, इलेक्ट्रिशियन, प्लंबर, जिप्सम और फॉल्स सीलिंग टीम आदि के कार्यों का पर्यवेक्षण करना।
- श्रमिकों को कार्य आवंटित करना और उनकी प्रगति पर नज़र रखना।
- कार्य को स्वीकृत ड्रॉइंग एवं डिज़ाइन के अनुसार करवाना।
- 2. कार्य समन्वय (Coordination)प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर, इंटीरियर डिज़ाइनर, इंजीनियर और ठेकेदारों के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखना।
- साइट पर आने वाली समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
- कार्यों को समय सीमा के अनुसार पूरा करवाना।
- 3. गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण (Quality Control)कार्य की गुणवत्ता और फिनिशिंग की जांच करना।
- यह सुनिश्चित करना कि सभी कार्य ग्राहक और डिज़ाइन की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप हों।
- त्रुटियों या कमियों को पहचानकर सुधार करवाना।
- 4. सुरक्षा प्रबंधन (Safety Management)श्रमिकों द्वारा सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
- PPE (Safety Helmet, Shoes, Gloves आदि) का उपयोग करवाना।
- कार्यस्थल पर दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाना।
- 5. सामग्री प्रबंधन (Material Management)साइट पर सामग्री की प्राप्ति और उपयोग की निगरानी करना।
- सामग्री की कमी या नुकसान की सूचना प्रबंधन को देना।
- उपकरणों और सामग्री का उचित रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करना।
- 6. रिपोर्टिंग एवं रिकॉर्ड रखनादैनिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
- श्रमिकों की उपस्थिति और कार्य प्रगति का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
- कार्य पूर्णता रिपोर्ट और माप (Measurements) तैयार करने में सहायता करना।
