Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and extract relevant business leads from IndiaMART and other B2B platforms. The primary responsibility of this role is to review buyer requirements, identify relevant enquiries related to our products and services, and forward qualified leads to the sales/business development team for conversion.The ideal candidate should have good understanding of online B2B platforms, basic communication skills, and the ability to identify genuine and high-potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor and manage buyer enquiries on IndiaMART.
- Identify and shortlist relevant buy leads matching company products and services.
- Click, extract, and maintain qualified buyer lead data from IndiaMART portal.
- Filter irrelevant, duplicate, or low-quality enquiries.
- Share qualified leads promptly with the sales/business development team.
- Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM/software with proper updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-up status.
- Ensure timely response and lead allocation to maximize conversions.
- Generate daily/weekly lead reports and activity summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer/business information.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in lead generation, telecalling, back office, or B2B portal handling preferred.
- Familiarity with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, or similar B2B platforms will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.Good internet browsing and data management skills.
- Ability to understand products and match relevant buyer requirements.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under timelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Smart, organized, and self-motivated individual.
- Ability to identify genuine business opportunities.
- Fast learner with positive attitude.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated daily/monthly.
- Lead relevance and conversion potential.
- Response and lead sharing turnaround time.
- Accuracy of data maintained.
- Contribution towards enquiry-to-order conversion.
Working Hours:09:30 to 18:30
