Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities : We are looking for an office assistant / helper to support the CEO in carrying out routine tasks, taking notes of their important matters , maintaining a diary of their schedule, keeping their desk / workspace clean and serving tea / coffee during meetings. You will also stand at the office reception and greet clients politely.
We will select only those candidates who show good energy , enthusiasm ,and communicate well. When we reach out to you , you must be proactive in communicating us your schedules and available times so we can plan an interview accordingly.
We have both full-time and part time positions. The remuneration will depend on your working hours. We have both morning shift and evening shift.
