Position: Operations Executive
Department: Loan Department
Key Responsibilities:
Handle loan application processing and documentation
Verify customer details and maintain records
Coordinate with sales and backend teams for smooth operations
Follow up on pending documents and approvals
Maintain data accuracy in the system
Ensure timely processing of loan files
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
