Pharma PCD General Manager

Evitalife Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented General Manager – PCD Pharma to lead and scale our PCD Pharma Franchise business across India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business expansion, sales growth, franchise development, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Extensive experience in the PCD Pharma Franchise industry.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in franchise development, business expansion, and sales strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and business MIS reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent business results.

Lead the overall PCD Pharma Franchise business and drive sustainable business growth.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Build and expand a strong PAN India franchise network.

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and PCD Sales Executives.

Monitor sales performance, collections, outstanding payments, and profitability.

Develop promotional schemes and business development initiatives.

Strengthen relationships with franchise partners, distributors, and key customers.

Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, Purchase, Dispatch, Accounts, and HR for seamless business operations.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Review MIS reports, KPIs, and business performance to ensure target achievement.

Ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
