Job Description
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Pharma Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling pharmacies, distributors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to generate sales leads and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to pharma clients and healthcare businesses
- Explain company products and services professionally
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients
- Update customer details and sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products is preferred
- Experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer handling is a plus
- Comfortable with MS Excel and CRM follow-ups
- Positive attitude and target-driven approach
