Pharma Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry to join our PCD division. The candidate will be responsible for driving prescription generation, maintaining stockist and chemist relationships, and supporting field sales through consistent remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Doctor & Prescription Generation

• Make structured outbound calls to registered doctors and clinics to promote our PCD product portfolio

• Achieve daily/weekly doctor call targets and maintain call quality logs

• Follow up on samples and promotional material dispatched to doctors

• Identify and onboard new doctor prospects in assigned territories

Chemist & Stockist Coordination

• Follow up with chemists and stockists for pending orders and stock replenishment

• Communicate scheme updates, new launches, and expiry/return policies to trade partners

• Coordinate with the field team for order fulfilment and complaint resolution

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate daily call records, doctor feedback, and order status in CRM or Excel-based trackers

• Share weekly performance reports with the reporting manager

• Flag market intelligence — competitor activity, stockist feedback, or supply issues — proactively

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling experience specifically in a pharma company or PCD franchise

• Working knowledge of pharma product categories (general, OTC, ethical, or specialty — as applicable)

• Proficient in Hindi; regional language proficiency is an advantage

• Comfortable with basic computer tools: MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM platforms

• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline

• Candidates with D.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc (Life Sciences) background preferred but not mandatory
