Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Role)

Location: Panchkula, Haryana (HO)

Travel: Local + outstation travel required

Job Summary

We are hiring a field‑focused Sales & Marketing Associate who will visit the market frequently, collect payments, meet customers, build new business, and help increase sales. The role involves regular travel, customer interaction, and coordination with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Find and meet new customers, distributors, and partners
• Create new business opportunities for the company
• Promote company products/services and close sales deals
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Visit markets regularly and follow up on leads

2. Payment Collections

• Collect payments from customers on time
• Follow up on pending and overdue payments
• Maintain proper records of collections
• Report delayed or disputed payments to management

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build good long‑term relationships with customers
• Handle customer queries, issues, and coordination
• Ensure smooth and regular business operations
• Encourage repeat orders and customer retention

4. Market & Travel Work

• Travel daily within the assigned area
• Visit existing and potential customers
• Gather information about the market and competitors
• Share regular feedback with the management team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate in any field
• Preference for commerce, business, or marketing background

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or collections
• Experience in apparel brands is preferred
• B2B, distribution, FMCG, or trading experience is a plus

Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
• Strong follow‑up ability for collections
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Basic Excel/reporting knowledge is helpful

Work Details

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Travel: Heavy field travel required

Salary

• Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Preferred

• Experience in both sales and collections
• Knowledge of markets in Haryana, Punjab, or nearby areas
• Own two‑wheeler with valid driving license
