The Company has its manufacturing plant near Kala Amb and the second unit will be ready and running in another 3 months because of which the company wants to hire and expand the Sales Team .

The Company also has a PCD Division in the name of Alicanto Drugs Pvt Ltd whichis a well established Pharmaceutical Company having its corporate office in Panchkula . The company is having 1000+ Products in its portfolio and working in different segments of medicines , having a Client base in almost every district in India .

Minimum Qualification - Graduation

Job Location - Panchkula

The Work and Responsibilities of the Candidate shall be -

Managing incoming Calls and Customer inquiries

Generating Leads and converting them into potential customers

Identifying and assessing customers needs and fulfilling them

Build a Good and Healthy Relationship with the customers

Handle Customer Complaints, provide appropriate solutions , follow up to ensure resolution and satisfy the customer
