Sales Manager (Retail Store Expansion) – FMCG / Organic Products

Job Responsibilities

• Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, and retail outlets across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
• Meet store owners/managers and convince them to stock Aurganicum products.
• Generate new retail partnerships and secure product placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and distributors.
• Regularly visit existing stores to monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Increase product visibility through in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising.
• Plan and set up promotional stalls in residential societies, community events, exhibitions, and local markets to generate direct sales and brand awareness.
• Coordinate stall logistics, product displays, sampling activities, and customer interactions during society activations.
• Identify new opportunities for product promotion and customer acquisition through events and local partnerships.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Achieve monthly sales and outlet onboarding targets.
• Additional Preferred SkillsExperience in organizing product sampling campaigns, society activations, or promotional events.
• Comfortable interacting directly with consumers and representing the brand at events and exhibitions.
